Choose from three ride distances: 100k (60 miles), 50K or 25K - all taking place in the beautiful Wine Country hills of Alexander Valley. All ride start and end at Ursuline High School. Rest stops will be at the Robert Young Winery and at the Russian River's Wohler Bridge.

Ride registrants will receive a complimentary event backpack tote bag containing small, high intensity front and rear silicone gel LED bicycle lights, a wine tasting coupon for Robert Young Winery and other items.

9/11 - 9/12 Walt Disney's ALADDIN For the first time in the North Bay Walt Disney's Aladdin presented by Spreckels and Berkley Playhouse!

4 PERFORMANCES ONLY!

Saturday, September 11th - 1pm and 8pm

Sunday, September 12th - 1pm and 6pm

The stage version of Aladdin features all of the familiar songs and colorful characters that made the Disney film one of the all-time best-selling animated movies in history. Audience members will be transported to the ancient city of Agrahab to follow the adventures of Aladdin, Jasmine and Jafar and of course, the witty, smart-alec Genie. Kids and adults of all ages will remember songs like "Arabian Nights," "Friend Like Me," and "A Whole New World."

Directed by the versatile and talented Jennifer King, with musical direction by Bay Area newcomer Amy Dalton and rousing choreoraphy by Paul Andres, audiences of all ages will delight in this colorful, romantic tale about a "diamond in the rough" street rat who finds a magic lamp and wins his true love.

10/2 Sonoma County Taiko 15th Anniversary Celebration Sonoma County Taiko 15th Anniversary Celebration

Hear the thunder, feel the excitement, see the beauty and grace as Sonoma County Taiko celebrates it's 15th year of bringing the dynamic art of Taiko to Sonoma County. An enchanting evening of drums, dance, contemporary and traditional music will embrace you at "Tomodachi," which in Japanese means friends. Tomodachi will feature Sonoma County Taiko and their very special friends Taiko Ren, Ensohza and Ten Ten Taiko. The concert is to be held at the Spreckes Performing Arts Center, 5409 Snyder Lane in Rohnert Park. Tickets will be available through brownpapertickets.com

Sonoma County Taiko

Since their beginning in 1995 Sonoma County Taiko has been sharing their passion for this exciting art-form with the local community through performances, workshops and classes as festivals, schools and their Dojo. Sonoma County Taiko performances incorporate the power of the drums, the grace of Japanese Dance and the liveliness of summertime festivals into an experience that stirs the soul.

Taiko Ren

Taiko Ren, bases in the San Francisco Bay Area, has been drumming collectively since 2000, each member brings training and performance experience from San Francisco Taiko Dojo and other organizations. They have performed at festivals, community and school events, corporate shows and private events. Together, they explore and create a positive, expressive style of music, bring this powerful art form to diverse audiences and play for the sheer joy of drumming.

Ensohza

Formed in 2006, Ensohza is a traditional Japanese folk-performing ensemble based in the San Francisco Bay Area. They perform music that evokes the festival spirit and character of Japan's diverse rural communities. With lively vocals accompanied by fue and shakuhachi (bamboo flutes), shamisen (a string instrument) and the beat of the taiko drum, Ensohza transports you to Japan's mountain and fishing villages with traditional folk songs and festival dance music.

Ten Ten Taiko

Ten Ten Taiko is a troupe of Japanese women who have been performing together since 2006. Their studio is located in Sebastopol, CA. Ten Ten Taiko plays both ancient and modern forms of taiko. They play music and dance gracefully in traditional shinto style with fabulous vintage kimono costumes.
